Great game, BUT

Ive been playing for a couple of months now and find it is ALL I play anymore. But, the upgrade last month was really a pain and when I contacted Tech Support for help they NEVER answered me. Could only play on my phone for longest time. My iPad would only reload entire game making me lose progress. I finally got help from other players to fix it. The upgrade in April has some nice features but, the XP rate has been cut drastically making progress super slow now. Its getting boring and frustrating and expensive. The dungeons use more stamina than before and the stamina refills are hard to get. There are 3 small partial refills but a full refill costs gems. So, you cant play as long without having to refill stamina since the dungeons use, in most cases, twice as much stamina as before. That cuts the play time in half. Add to that that the Xp points to grow have also been cut at least in half and it is really hard to stay involved.
